The Kitano Foreigner Club is a hall welcoming foreigners that replicates the social clubs that sprang up at the time that Kobe Port opened to the West. Stand-out features include a carved wooden fireplace dating back to the Bourbon dynasty, a luxurious first-floor bar counter, an old kitchen from the era where wood and charcoal prevailed, and more. The garden, meanwhile, houses a 19th-century horse-drawn carriage and rare wells featuring lateral holes alongside other spots of interest. Visitors can enjoy dressing up in costume in the garden's mini chapel and taking commemorative photos - exclusively for holders of the 8 premium pass.
