The wooden structure of this historic sake brewery, built during the Taisho era (1912-1926), has been preserved and re-opened as a brewery museum in unchanged form. The sake-making process of yesteryear is portrayed using dolls to represent the brewing craftsmen, together with showcases of the authentic tools actually used. One great plus point is the chance to enjoy fresh and unrefined sake on the house as well as duty-free sake sales via the on-site kiosk.
