The official name of this site is Port Island West Park. See the signature light displays of the city with the Mt. Rokko range at the back, with other sparkling signatures of the city and its port, like Kobe Port Tower and the Ferris wheel. This spot is ideal for taking a stroll. Feel the ocean breeze while you see night views in the distance. The second BE KOBE monument, which is drawing attention for its photogenic style, is also a must-see.
