Rinkai Park is a resort location right next to Kobe Port Tower. The first BE KOBE monument was installed here to mark the 20th anniversary of the Great Hanshin Earthquake. BE KOBE is dedicated to the idea that the charm of Kobe lies in its people. This is a very photogenic spot which gets lit up at night. The fountain plaza area is where you can witness an illumination show, with water dancing to the music. From the west side of the Naka Pier, you will find umie MOSAIC, the leisure boat deck, and other unique sights that will let you make the most of night views of the harbor as the elegant silhouettes of ships slip past.
