The marvelous exterior of this building has a lovely hourglass shape and is known as a landmark of Kobe. Featuring a unique pipe structure, it is referred to as the "Steel Beauty." This building is famous for having been the first of its kind in Japan to be illuminated with a light display. Once the site reopens, you can look forward to the vast panorama that unfolds from the observation deck.
