Kitanozaka extends due south from the exotic Ijinkan-gai area. Views of Kobe seem to unfurl from beyond the rows of beautifully lit trees, a signature sight found nowhere else. The illuminated buildings of the Ijinkan area are wonderful, especially at attractions like the Kazamidori no Yakata, with its eye-catching retro-modern style. We highly recommend this spot for a relaxed stroll during the warmer months.
