This is one of the largest herb gardens in Japan, where 75,000 herbs and flowers of 200 species are planted across 12 gardens. The observation area, located at an altitude of about 400 meters, is where you can experience the "Forest of Illumination" show, which creates an enchanting space of light and sound in the forest to accompany the night views. From the ropeway, you can take an exciting "aerial walk" as you feel yourself absorbed into the sparkling city of Kobe. When the weather is clear, you can even see clear across to Wakayama.
