The cobblestone streets south of Sannomiya Center Gai are one key attraction here. The sense of scale of the lights across the street is just right, creating a comfy, inviting atmosphere. In the pre-war period, this area was home to kabuki theaters and cinemas, and was thronged with activity. There are many unique shops here today, giving the retro area a lively vibe. The lights illuminating each shop are very stylish, lending a certain warmth to the nostalgic streets.
