This observation area is located halfway up Mt. Rokko, along the Omote Rokko Driveway. This site boasts some of the most spectacular views available in terms of observation areas on the hilly side of town. This site is easy to reach by car, with many diehard fans who come again and again to visit. One of the charms of this view spot is how close the night views of the city feel. This site is fully equipped with a parking lot and barrier-free facilities.
