Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens & Ropeway
There are several viewing spots including those from the Ropeway and Observation Plaza. The Kobe Nunobiki Herb Garden is one of the biggest herb gardens in Japan, with 75,000 plants and over 200 varieties. On a clear day it is possible to see the beautiful panoramic views as far up as the Wakayama area.
