KOBE Butaman Summit 2024 @Kobe Chinatown (Nankinmachi)
The annual steamed pork bun festival “KOBE Butaman Summit 2024” is held in the Chinatown, “Nankinmachi”!
Kobe is home to numerous unique Butaman (steamed pork bun) shops, including the famous Roushoki, said to be the birthplace of Butaman in Japan, and it is one of the most familiar food cultures for the Kobe citizens.
At this festival, in addition to the popular Butaman shops, famous Kobe hotels, bakeries, and Chinese restaurants from Yokohama and Nagasaki (both known for their Chinatowns) will be selling limited-edition Butaman made especially for the event.
