"Nankinmachi Lantern Fair" is held in Kobe Chinatown (Nankinmachi). Over 400 Chinese lanterns light up the entire Chinatown, creating a special atmosphere.

During the event, the large balloon figures of "Zaizai" and "Lailai" are displayed in the Nankinmachi plaza, as well as a light display called 'Rosone'.
