Tenran Observatory 

From the base station of the Rokko Cable Line, ride the retro cable car up to Rokko Sanjo Station. The Tenran Observatory is right next to the station and was brought to prominence by a visit from Emperor Showa.


The wide views take in Kobe and beyond, the Osaka Plain and Wakayama. At night, enjoy a “Ten million dollar night view” of spectacular scale.
