From Rokko Cable Shita Station get into a retro-modern car and head up to Rokko Sanjo Station. A stone's throw from the station, you'll find the Tenrandai Observatory, a site famed for the visit of the Emperor Showa. The amazing view stretches across Kobe, Osaka and Wakayama. After dark, you can admire the "ten-million-dollar night view", and see why it's one of Rokko's three major night scenery spots.
