The kimono shop has a history of over 100 years at Motomachi Shopping Street, Kobe. The shop is a little different from ordinary kimono shops. The owner and his wife have a taste for music and they have decided to use western music instruments as a theme to design their kimonos. They have introduced the western culture into the traditional Japanese kimono design and offer kimono products such as Japanese obi and yukata with marble patterns and indigo dyeing, as well as T-shirts and scarves with kimono painting. These products are suitable for the streets of Kobe, where Japanese culture has been mixed with Western culture.
