The world is but a collection of many small villages. Though Kobe City was destroyed in the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, but also because of it we were able to gain a lot. We would very much like to introduce the wonderful city of Kobe in the process of reconstruction to people all over the world. We have professional interpreter-guides to guide you to parts of Kobe not introduced in usual sightseeing tours, to area of the city where you can feel the pulse of the inner parts of the city of Kobe.
Consultation on individual sightseeing tour plans is possible. Let us work with you to make your original plan.
From here on we hope that through the development of this kind of community business we can establish an environment for foreign residents' activities and a sound economic base for activities of the foreign community. This is the goal for which the non-profit organization Multilanguage Center FACIL was founded.
