Seishin, the western area of Kobe, is a new residential area of Kobe and an academic town. Kobe Sogo Undo Koen (Sports Park), which includes the Skymark Stadium, Green Arena Kobe, and other full-scale facilities, is the sports mecca for professional and international class meets, and the exercise and training grounds for people from around the region.
